Concept M may amend and change their Terms & Conditions at any time. By using this site you are agreeing and acknowledging to all of our terms and conditions.

Shipping

Concept M ships globally, to virtually any address. However, restrictions apply and Concept M is unable to ship certain products to international destinations.

Concept M ships via Australia Post ("AusPost"). AusPost provides the following delivery options:

  1. Standard Australian delivery, 2-5 business days, $5.00
  2. Express Australian delivery, 1-2 business days, $10.00
  3. New Zealand delivery, 4-7 business days, from $19.75 (Australia Post)
  4. International delivery, 7-10 business days, from $30.00 (Australia Post)

PLEASE NOTE: All shipping times are estimated and not final, Concept M is not liable for orders that take longer than stated above and we do not issue returns or refunds on items that fall outside these estimated time frames. 

Concept M is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where the order is being delivered. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees rest which the customer. 

Returns Policy

If you wish to return your recent purchase from Concept M, please email your return request to shop@conceptm.net.au stating your reason for return within 7 days from date of purchase and one of our team members with get back to you asap with an RA# (return authorisation number).

All return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase and the below condition do apply to every return:

  • Concept M will only issue a store credit/size exchange on returns requested within 7 days of the date of purchase.
  • Returns are only available on full priced items only.
  • Original receipt must be provided as a proof of purchase.
  • items must be returned in it's original packaging and with swing tags still attached. 
  • Returns are strictly NOT accepted on items that have been altered, worn or washed. Concept M will inspect items upon receipt and the return/exchange will only then be assessed and approved/declined.
  • All returns/exchanges sent via post are at the cost of the customer, this cost will not be credited back to the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: Sale items, lingerie, swimwear, jewellery, hats, lay-by items, Afterpay Purchases cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty.

Refund Policy 

Concept M will only issue refunds on items that are determined to have a manufacturing fault by the original head office of the label.

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are NOT issued to customers that simply change their mind on their purchase OR any size discrepancies.
